As we approach the seasons of SUGAR (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah, all the others that include sweets in their celebrations), this might be a good time to revisit how sugar may be affecting your autoimmune symptoms. I know sugar really cranks up my dry eyes, joint pain and brain fog, so I need regular reminders to watch my sugar intake!
